Nutritional Therapy

"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food"

Hippocrates AD390

Why is Nutritional Therapy good for Weight Management?

You may feel that you can't seem to lose weight, even though you've tried every diet and slimming fad going. Or perhaps you do lose the weight, only to to find it slowly creeping up again as soon as you return to your usual diet.

Losing weight is not just about calories in. You have to look at what you eat, when and how you eat, as well as considering other lifestyle factors such as stress, which may all impact on your ability to lose weight.

A Nutritional Therapist may be able to identify food intolerances which can also contribute to weight gain.

Did you know?
Studies have consistently shown that people who eat little and often are healthier than those who eat one or two main meals a day.
