Physiotherapy is concerned with the manipulation and rehabilitation of the body’s soft tissues.

Why is Physiotherapy good for Sports Performance?

Physiotherapy not only helps you recover after an injury but will increase your performance in sport dramatically.

So many sports men and women focus on increasing strength rather than working on flexibility and a good foundation of core control. This results in tight muscles which compensate for a lack of control in the legs and back. These tight muscles cab then in turn become a source of injury due to overstrain, and fatigue rapidly during sport due to decreased blood flow.

With a combination of education, exercises, and hands on treatments you will become better educated about your body and this turn will help you achieve your potential in sport.
