Pre & Post Natal Nutrition

Many female health problems (PMS, infertility, PCOS etc) are triggered by the same things. These can include stress, nutrient deficiencies, and too many toxins in the environment causing hormone imbalance.

A one to one consultation can help identify any imbalances or nutritional imbalances or prepare you for future pregnancy.

Why is Nutritional Therapy good for Mother and Baby?

It is important to understand what foods are beneficial to a baby's health and development during pregnancy and whilst you are breastfeeding, as well as what foods are important for your health. Once your child has been weaned, you will also benefit from understanding which nutrients are particularly beneficial for the healthy development of mind and body of your child.

Did you know?
Planning to have a baby? It is advisable to see a Nutritional Therapist beforehand for a pre-conceptual plan to give yourself the best chance of conceiving a healthy baby.
