Massage & Bodywork
Massage is a form of therapeutic touch that has been used for healing for thousands of years all over the world.

Why is Massage good for your Lifestyle and Wellbeing

Physically massage stimulates the skin, muscles and other bodily tissues which relieves pain, relaxes muscles, improves circulation, removes toxins and promotes digestion.

Of course, Massage can simply lift the spirit and calm the mind. A treatment can be deeply relaxing or reviving and stimulating according to your needs. Massage is very effective in treating stress in particular.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage is massage therapy but with highly concentrated plant oils, called essential oils, added to the massage oil or lotion.

The smoothness of the stones and the heat makes the massage a very reassuring and relaxing treatment creating harmony and balanced energy flow  throughout the body.
