Why are exercise classes good for injury rehabilitation?

 

Returning to exercise post injury can be a vital part of the recovery process. Whether its a Hatha Yoga class to help realign the body or a Pilates class to help strengthen your core our fitness professionals. A full timetable of group exercise classes at The Berkeley Centre is available on the Fitness and Classes page.

 

If you feel you need a more indepth or specialised session, one to one Yoga and Pilates is also available on request and can be a fantastic way of meeting your individual needs.

Annabel Jones Annabel Jones

Annabel teaches Pilates and Hatha Yoga classes at The Berkeley Centre.  She is also available to work with clients on an individual basis.

Charlotte Hunt Charlotte Hunt

Charlotte is a Yoga Instructor at The Berkeley Centre, teaching 'Yoga to Nourish' every Tuesday evening at 7pm and Dynamic Yoga every Thursday evening at 7pm.

Gill Hurst Gill Hurst
Gill is a Chartered and State registered Physiotherapist. She joined Grange in 2007 and treats all musculoskeletal conditions with a specialist interest in complex pain conditions.She teaches Yoga rooted in the Hatha and Ashtanga traditions to all levels of practitioner.

Gary Osborn-Clarke Gary Osborn-Clarke

Gary has extensive experience both as a yoga teacher and a practitioner. He has studied yoga since 1995 and qualified to teach, at Yoga Arts (member of Yoga Alliance), Byron Bay, Australia, in 2002. He has been teaching in Bristol since 2003, including David Lloyd and Cannons-Nuffield
